How long does delivery generally take?
We currently offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
After receiving your order, we conduct quality control inspections and product testing before shipment. Processing times may be affected by product availability, seasonal demand, national holidays, and other factors.
If your order includes a high-demand or temporarily out-of-stock item, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
How does KINGSTONE charge for shipping?
Standard: $9.95 Flat Rate.
Expedited: Calculated at time of Shipping
Free Shipping on all orders over $65
Free and discounted shipping promotions apply to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. unless otherwise stated.
How will my order be shipped?
KINGSTONE works with trusted logistics partners, including Amazon fulfillment services, to fulfill and ship our products. Based on the destination and available delivery services, our logistics partner may select carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier availability may vary by destination.
Unexpected circumstances-including high order volumes, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and holidays-may cause shipping delays.
If your order experiences an unusual delay, we will notify you by email.
Where does KINGSTONE ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to POBOX, APO, FPO, DPO, or addresses in PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, or AP.
Please ensure your shipping address is within our eligible delivery area before placing your order.
What else should I know about shipping?
Shipping eligibility is based on your order total after discounts have been applied. Free items do not count toward the order total.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
